About LK Styling
Laura Kartonchik Styling was founded in the Spring of 2019 with a vision to make personal shopping and styling services accessible to all, regardless of profession, income, or gender.
LK Styling offers a number of services customized to helping my clients achieve their style and image goals, while keeping true to themselves and their individual personal styles. I’m not here to change you, I’m here to elevate who you already are through professional styling,
A carefully curated wardrobe through the investment in a personal stylist will guarantee to save you time, money, and frustration. I will be your guide in navigating the ever changing world of fashion, trends, and style.

I have a deep passion and creative eye for all things fashion. After graduating from the renowned London School of Fashion, I returned to Toronto to pursue a career in personal styling for high end retail.
Now, as an entrepreneur, I have a mission to elevate your unique personal style and, in turn, your confidence. I have an eye to identify and adapt to the personal style of each individual client, with the goal of guiding you to be the best version of yourself!

The Wardrobe Consultation
The First Step!
Also known as the opportunity to shop and style your own wardrobe, your wardrobe consultation begins by editing out unworn items, and determining which pieces can be refreshed and properly fitted through professional tailoring. From there, I will build outfits from your existing pieces in order to maximize your wardrobe potential. We will then compile a shopping list in order to elevate your personal style and breathe new life into your wardrobe!
Price: $100/hour
Personal Shopping
The Fun Begins!
Using our compiled shopping list as a guide, I will pre-pull pieces ahead of our shopping appointment for you to try on and acquire your new items. You have the choice to accompany me on the shop, or try on in the comfort of your own home!
Price: 20% of Total Spend
Styling Sessions
Stylish at Every Occasion!
A personal styling session is designed to create a single outfit, or series of outfits, specific to a vacation (including packing!), holiday season, or special event/occasion.
I also offer styling services for personal and professional photoshoots.
Price: $100+/hour
Home Styling & Decor
Bringing Style to your Home!
A professionally styled home is just as valuable as a beautifully curated wardrobe. As your home stylist, I will bring your unique personal style to life in your living space.
This service is combined with a home consultation in order to curate a shopping list of decor items designated to enhance your home.
Price: 20% of Total Spend (Shopping), $100/hour (Home Styling)
Styling Workshops & Events
A VIP Experience!
A private styling event co-hosted by LK Styling is customized to the trends of the season, and to your group of friends, colleagues, or professional network. I will specially curate a collection of pieces to present personally styled outfits to the group.
Price: Customized Quote Available Upon Request
Seasonal Memberships
A membership with LK Styling is the optimal way to keep your wardrobe fresh and up to date on the latest trends. This year-long subscription, over four seasons, takes all the stress out of preparing for each upcoming season as it allows you VIP access to wardrobe, shopping and styling services in a timely and seasonal manner.
For the Casual Shopper..
$300 Seasonal Fee includes:
— Service fee covered up to $1500 spent on shopping
— Reduced service fee on any spend above $1500
— 1.5 hour wardrobe consultation (reduced service fee past allotted time)
For the Everyday Fashionista..
$600 Seasonal Fee includes
— Service fee covered up to $3000 spent on shopping
— Reduced service fee on any spend above $3000
— 2 hour wardrobe consultation (reduced service fee past allotted time)
For the Style Guru..
$1000 Seasonal Fee includes:
— Service fee covered up to $6000 spent on shopping
— Reduced service fee on any spend above $6000
— 3 hour wardrobe consultation (reduced service fee past allotted time)
***Memberships are a 12-month committment, charged as a seasonal subscription once every 3 months. Automatic renewal is applied every 12 months, unless cancelation is requested. There is no rollover of services between seasons.
A la carte services require no ongoing commitment.

Summer 2023 really took it’s time sneaking up on us this year, but dare we say she is here to stay! The arrival of hot weather always inspires me to do at least a mini redecorate of my home. In that light, I thought it would be the perfect opportunity to share my top home styling trends of the season!
Natural fabrics should always be at the top of the list of preferred materials for our furniture items, as they tend to be longer lasting, environmentally friendly, and breathable. Luckily, we’re seeing a major resurgence of linens, cottons, and naturally dyed leathers this season, to name just a few.
Pops of colour have always been a signature in my own home, and I’ve been thrilled to see my clients embracing this fun trend! From serveware items, to throw pillows; glassware, to bedding; and linens, to rugs - bold colours are popping up everywhere and in all the right places!
Outdoor living spaces can be styled tastefully regardless of size. Balconies can be transformed into an outdoor oasis, just as effectively as a backyard or rooftop terrace. This season, we’re placing a priority on maximizing our outdoor living spaces, and sparing no effort on comfort and decor.

Welcome to the official re-launch of Laura Kartonchik Styling! This new era is designed to usher in the most efficient ways of showcasing your personal style in both business and personal life, as well as in your home!
Our revitalized membership program is designed to keep you consistently on trend, styled, and organized year round. The 12-month commitment is broken down by season, allowing us to offer a wardrobe consultation, styling, and shopping four times per year aligned with each season. A la carte services continue to be available to all LK Styling clients!
This year will also bring in a new concept of events & workshops, shopping opportunities, and extended services. We look forward to taking LK Styling international by offering very special opportunities to source in pieces from New York, Montreal, Paris, and beyond. Our services will now also include specialized capsule styling for vacations (including packing), conferences, photoshoots, weddings, and much more. Our home styling services will become a prominent feature under the LK Styling umbrella. We aim to be your go-to for all things style related!

After several starts and stops, dare I say that Spring is officially upon us! The days are getting longer, and (slightly) warmer, which can only mean we can start to peel off those layers and begin to showcase our Spring looks!
I love to start each new season talking about trends, and putting in my predictions as to which ones will gain the most traction. If you follow me on Instagram (and if not, @laurakartonchikstyling, wink wink), you have become familiar with my weekly stories highlighting 3 new trends of the coming or current season. So far, my personal favourites have included:
The Maxi Skirt
Miniskirts were the runaway hit of the Winter season, and Spring promises a resurgence of the beloved maxi skirt.
The Return of the Ballet Flat
I know my mom, queen of ballet flats, is happier about this than anyone I know! The classic ballet flat fell out of rotation, but just like the Jedi, they are making their return.
Utilitarian Inspired Pieces
A staple contribution to our wardrobes over the past few years, utilitarian style finally takes a front seat!
Oversized Blazers
The effortless throwever we’ve been needing and deserving! The oversiszed blazer makes virtually any look chic and intentional. No matter how in-chic or unintentionally it originated…
Detailed Denim
Denim is that security blanket in our closets that is also ever changing in terms of shape, rise, wash, and style. I think we can all agree that it was long overdue for a more drastic change of pace! Pearls, patches, & embellishments are just a few of the ways we’re adding a more unique touch to our jeans this Spring!
Sheer Pieces
Any excuse to show some serious skin this season, and we’re running with it! After an especially dreary winter, I personally can’t wait to embrace rocking as little fabric as possible. Sheer blouses, lace bodysuits, and body hugging Megan Fox-esque naked dresses are what I’m looking forward to seeing out on the town!

The maxi skirt and oversized blazers were the runaway favourites so far, but lots of votes were cast for all of the above! Personally, I am pleasantly surprised by how much I’m looking forward to re-embracing ballet flats! Marissa Cooper was (still kind of is?) my STYLE ICON of the mid ‘00s, and that girl rocked a chic ballet flat as well as Sandy Cohen rocked his signature brows. Can you tell I’m re-watching The OC? ‘00s nostalgia is hitting us all!
